Medium for liquid blushes and eyeshadows
Now you can transform your mineral pigments into a long-lasting liquid blush!
Spray a small amount of Nebbia into a small jar, keeping the nozzle very close to the jar so you don't waste any product. You only need less than a teaspoonful. Add your favourite pigments (they can be blushes, eyeshadows, bronzers, even foundations or concealers!) to create a colour you like. Apply the blush you've made to your cheeks.
