CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale apply, without limitation, to all sales of the products offered by VANITYLOVERS on its website www.VanityLovers.com (hereinafter the "Site" or "the Website").
The sending by the Purchaser of a purchase order ("Order") for a product and / or service offered on the Internet site of VANITYLOVERS involves total and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale and Website Terms of Use.
VANITYLOVERS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. In any case, the Conditions of Sale applicable to an order are always those accepted by the Purchaser at the time of the Order.
The website www.VanityLovers.com is owned by Enadea, Iva 05151370961, REA number PS184667, headquartered in strada San Germano, 72-61010 Tavullia (PU).

Price of Sale and Order of the Products

Prices
The prices of the products offered for sale on the website are in Euros and are effective at the time of the Order by the Purchaser. VANITYLOVERS may modify the selling prices of the products at any time without notice.
Product prices are inclusive of VAT applicable at the time the Order.
Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and billed in addition to the price of the products.

Product features
VANITYLOVERS may change at any time the range of products offered for sale on its Website.

Availability of products
Offers by VANITYLOVERS are valid as long as they are published on the Site and within the limits of available stocks.
In any case, and in the event that, after sending the Order, unavailability of all or some of the products may occur, the Buyer will be notified immediately by e-mail of the unavailability of the products and of the total or partial cancellation of the Order.
In case of total cancellation of the Order:
- The cancellation will happen automatically, without any charge to the Buyer.
- The Customer Service VanityLovers will contact the Shopper to inform him/her of the cancellation and to propose to make a new order excluding the product that is not available.
In case of partial cancellation of the Order:
- The Order of the Purchaser will be confirmed partially with debit of products only available.
- The available products will be delivered to the Purchaser.

Order of the Products
Each Order sent by the Buyer implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use of the site and the Privacy Policy, and constitutes an offer to buy the products of the Website.
Orders are subject to acceptance of VANITYLOVERS that reserves, in its sole discretion, to refuse the order, including cases in which:
- Orders can not be executed due to an error in the information provided by the Buyer at the time the Order; wrong billing address; insufficient shipping address; or the Buyer sent misleading information;
- There was an error on the website relating to the ordered products, for example, an error in the price or description of products as shown on the Site;
- The ordered products are no longer available in the Website.
VANITYLOVERS also reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order and / or delivery in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any amount due by the Buyer, problems with the payment, or in the event of fraud or attempted fraud on the use of the Website, also with reference to previous orders.
Once the buyer confirms the order by clicking on "Confirm Order", the Buyer declares that he knowingly accepted the contents and conditions of the Order in question and, in particular, the General Conditions of Sale, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the Purchaser.
The sale will be final only upon acceptance of the Order by VANITYLOVERS, by sending an e-mail confirming the receipt of the Order to the Purchaser, the e-mail confirmation of the order. A second e-mail will be sent to Buyer upon delivery of his order.
VANITYLOVERS recommends Buyer to keep the e-mails received by VANITYLOVERS on paper or electronically. The Purchaser is notified that the e-mails sent by VANITYLOVERS will be received from the email address entered by the Buyer at the time of account creation and / or subsequent registration. VANITYLOVERS will not be liable in case of inclusion of a not valid e-mail address and / or of failure to receive E-mail confirmation of the Order for reasons not directly attributable to VANITYLOVERS. In this case, the sale will be considered as definitive.

Retention of title
The properties of the ordered products remain with VANITYLOVERS until the full payment of the Order, including shipping, taxes and other mandatory contributions (if any) are fully paid by the Buyer.

Payment Method

Payment can be made by:

1. Credit Card and / or prepaid card
If you have a Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or V Pay credit card or prepaid card, select "Credit Card" as a method of Payment, and then click on "confirm order": you will be redirected to the page of the Unicredit Pagonline Safety System on which you can safely enter your card data. Once you have entered the information on the secure server and given the OK, you will see the confirmation message on the screen, and the bank will send you an email summary of the transaction that took place and that was approved by the system. As with all orders,  an email will be sent with the tracking code of the package.

2. PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, select "PayPal" as a method of Payment and then click on "confirm order": you will be redirected to the PayPal page to log in and proceed to payment. As with all orders,  an email will be sent with the tracking code of the package.

3. Bank Transfer in advance
Select "Bank Transfer in advance" as a method of Payment, and then click on "confirm order". An e-mail will be sent with the confirmation of the order in which you will find all the bank information to do the bank transfer. The payment must be made within 7 days including the date of the order; otherwise, the order will be canceled.
In the current state of the banking system, a bank transfer is completed in 1 to 5 working days from the date of execution.
The shipping will take place after the correct amount has been actually credited; as for all orders will be sent an email with the tracking code of the package.

3. Cash on Delivery

Select "Cash on Delivery", and then click on "confirm order": the additional fee of €6.50 will be added to the total amount of the order.
WARNING: a necessary condition for the order to be processed and shipped is that a valid and active phone number must be filled in the blank; otherwise, the order is considered null.
In this way you can pay the order at the time of delivery, directly to the Courier, exclusively in cash. The courier accepts only exact amounts corresponding to the total amount of the order (he is not meant to give change). In case of high amounts we reserve the right to request an advance of the amount by bank transfer. As with all orders,  an email will be sent with the tracking code of the package. Cash on delivery service is only available for orders that must be shipped to an Italian address.

All orders are payable in Euro, taxes and mandatory contributions included. Any bank charges will be borne solely by the Buyer (even in case of refund).
VANITYLOVERS reserves, in any case, the right to suspend or cancel, at its discretion and at any time, the execution of an order and / or shipment of ordered products in the event of non-payment or partial payment of any amount due by the Buyer, in case of late payment, or in the case of fraud or attempted fraud through the use of the Website, also with reference to previous orders.

Shipping and Delivery

VanityLovers ships to all EU countries. For Italy are excluded the following territories: Città del Vaticano, Campione d'Italia.

VanityLovers ships all over the Italian territory by Express Courier SDA.

Shipping timing with Express Courier SDA is ranging from 24 hours to 72 hours for shipments to the islands of Sicily and Sardinia, and to Calabria. The total delivery timing is between 2 and 5 days with reference to the Italian calendar. The flat fee for the service delivery (cash on delivery) is € 6,50. For the areas that are difficult to reach in Italy a flat fee of € 13.32 will be added.

Handling

Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding Italian holidays, are processed from the same day or the next business day; Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed from the next Monday or Tuesday.

Handling timing is 1 to 2 working days from the moment of sending to the Buyer the e-mail that notifies the packing of the items.

Delivery

Upon delivery of the package to the Courier, an email with the tracking code will be sent to the recipient in order to track the shipment through the SDA website.

For each shipment, two delivery attempts will be made at the address indicated by the recipient. On the first attempt the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery with which the recipient can contact the carrier in order to arrange a new delivery.

In case of lacking contact, SDA will make a further step in the two days following. In the event that after two attempts at delivery it was not possible to deliver the package, and in any event within 3 working days including that of the first delivery attempt (or if the recipient refuses to pick up the shipment), a warehousing procedure will be started, unless otherwise stated by the sender. The package will be kept for 2 days at the nearest SDA branch, awaiting collection by the recipient. At the expiry of that period the parcel will be returned to VanityLovers and the Buyer refunded in the manner chosen at the discretion of VanityLovers, the amount of the order minus the cost of shipping.

Shipping method for Foreign Countries

VanityLovers ships to all EU countries and some extra-EU countries, making use of the service of SDA Express Courier for the Italian territory, and entrusting the delivery to the recipient to the carrier of competence in any foreign state (EMS / DHL / UPS / ...). Shipping timing range from 3 to 5 working days, except for customs formalities for countries outside the EU.

Handling

Orders received Monday through Friday, excluding Italian holidays, are processed from the same day or the next business day; Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are processed from the next Monday or Tuesday.

Delivery

Upon delivery of the package to the Courier, an email with the tracking code will be sent to the recipient in order to track the shipment through the website of the carrier in charge. There are usually one or two delivery attempts, depending on the country of destination.

In case of absence of the recipient a notice of non-delivery is left in the mailbox, containing the following information: date and time of attempted delivery, address and telephone number of the post office at which the shipment is lying and deadline of warehousing.

The shipping "undeliverable" (because it was refused, or because of insufficient, inaccurate, non-existent address, or because of untraceable, unknown, died or moved recipient) will be returned to the sender at the end of the period of warehousing.

After delivery attempts provided, parcels awaiting delivery are kept in stock by foreign postal operators on average for 15 days, including Saturdays and holidays. After the period of warehousing, the package will be returned to VanityLovers and the Buyer refunded in the manner chosen at the discretion of VanityLovers, the amount of the order minus the cost of shipping.

 

Defects, non compliance and damage to the Products

The Purchaser, or the recipient of the Order, is invited to check the status of the package and the products upon delivery.
In case of malfunction of the parcel (damaged or opened package, traces of liquid, etc.) and / or products ordered (product missing, defective or damaged), the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order will have to follow these provisions; otherwise, the Purchaser may not claim any refund or replacement of the products concerned.

• In case of anomaly observed in the presence of a responsible SDA:
Refuse the shipment and immediately formulate the set of reservations concerning the anomaly in a clear and detailed. These reservations must be indicated by the Purchaser or the recipient of the Order on a special cutting of the deliveryman SDA. If accepted write 'AGREE WITH RESERVE' upon receipt and indicate briefly why the reserve (eg 'box deformed'). Without this clarification in writing, Buyer will not protect themselves in the event that, on opening the package, you should find the product damage or shortage of goods.

• In case of anomaly observed in the absence of responsible SDA:
Report damage or deficiencies found and formulate any claims and reserves to VanityLovers to the e-mail [email protected], within 3 working days.
The staff of VanityLovers may request information on the identity of the Buyer or recipient of the Order and carry out any checks that might be useful, and will indicate to the Purchaser, or to the recipient, the procedure to return the defective item , or to obtain the missing products.
Once we receive the products, staff VanityLovers verify that they are indeed defective, damaged or not matching the description provided on the Website. Where such verification is positive, according to the provisions of Article 130 and following of the Consumer Code, VANITYLOVERS replace the defective product, damaged or non-compliant and will send it to the Purchaser as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30 ) working days from receipt of the products. The shipping costs will be borne entirely by VANITYLOVERS.
In the event that, after examining the returned products, VANITYLOVERS reasonably believes that the products can not be considered defective, damaged or not as described on the Web site, the Buyer shall not be entitled to a refund and the products will be returned; the cost of return will be borne solely by the Purchaser.

Rights and Terms of Withdrawal

According to Article 64 of the Italian Consumer Code, the Purchaser may, within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the package containing the goods ordered, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without giving any reason.
Buyer may return the products ordered by sending them by mail with return receipt to the address indicated by VANITYLOVERS. Products must be returned in their VANITYLOVERS substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use and whatever else comes with them.
Any risk relating to the return of products will be exclusively borne by the Buyer and / or recipient of the Order itself.
The Purchaser, by exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article, within the terms and in the manner described for the return of products, will get his choice:
- Refund of the amount paid for returned products, by crediting the relevant amount on your credit card or paypal account
- The possibility to exchange products purchased on the Website VANITYLOVERS with other products sold on the Web site VANITYLOVERS; or
- A credit of an amount equal to the price of the products returned, only usable on the Web site of VANITYLOVERS within a time period of 60 days.
According to Article 67, paragraph 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, the cost of returning will be borne solely by the Purchaser.

These Conditions of Sale and all sales of products on the Website are governed by Italian law, regardless of the place of dispatch of the Order. For the solution of any dispute, the jurisdiction is that of the Italian courts competent according to the place of residence or domicile, if situated in the Italian territory.

Any use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights of VanityLovers. VanityLovers reserves the right to take action to obtain compensation for damages in case of infringement of trademarks and / or in any case of violation of its intellectual property rights.

Account

The user may decide to record his information through the Website and create a personal account ("Account"). In the absence of an account, the User may access or use only some of the services or options offered on the Website. To create an account you must provide a valid e-mail address and create a password to access your Account.
